Meatballs and salad....

this one was quick and easy..........roll some mince into little meatballs.......cook the meatballs........pour in a tin of crushed tomatoes add some salt and pepper...........done........

I also threw some beans into the pan on the side and cooked them up  at the end......

combine this with a salad.........

todays was kale, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, snow peas, toast some pine nuts, add a few slices of sundried tomatoes and I drizzles the oil off these as the dressing on my salad............
