Apple Slice

1 butter or vanilla cake mix packet

125g melted butter

Mix together and press into a large round spring form tin.

Cook in a moderate oven for 15 min 

Mix together

300ml sour cream

large can pie apples or apple slices

Take the base from the oven and spread the apple/sour cream mix over the base.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon)

Put this back in the oven for a further 20-25mins.

Serve with Ice cream, custard or cream.
